Prior to the in-person interview, I was given the roster of Nclusive clients and tasked to come up with a brand partnership that made sense for one of the clients and pitch the concept in the interview. I was given feedback and offered the internship right away.

Question 1
In what ways would you market xyz client to xyz brand?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NCLUSIVE (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied for this position via ZipRecruiter and was contacted a day or so after via email. They set up a time for me to call the office and the office manager was very accommodating. The call was with their lead Community Manager and Brand Strategist and it went more like a conversation rather than an interview. Very informal and fun. The lady asked me about my history, discussed a few bullet points on my resume, and then told me she wanted me to do a little test project to showcase my abilities.
I was given a week to do a pretty each little project that involved looking at a social media channel and providing tips and suggestions on how it could be improved. I went above and beyond with this and created a Keynote Presentation. When I went in for my second interview to go over the project, they were very accommodating and blown away by my effort. I was offered the position the next day.

Interview
Applied for job and was contacted to come in for an interview a few weeks later. The interview was professional and fun- they first showed me around the office. Interviewer asked all the usual questions and a few creative questions about brands, but overall not too demanding. Was called a few days later that I got the job.
