I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NBCUniversal
Interview
One interview with HR, and one with the actual team. HR didn't seem to have prepared for the interview, and was reading my resume, looking at the computer, and asking generic questions. I send out follow-up emails after both interviews, and never got a response.

Question 1
What makes you a good candidate for this position?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Sept 2025
Interview
Recruiter call + 3 more rounds afterwards with all of them virtual except for the last one.
The process was smooth but could’ve been a bit more organized and the internal recruiter could’ve provided more clarity through the entire process but all in all not bad since a lot of those details I couldve asked as well.

Question 1
Why NBCU, how would my previous work experience contribute to the role im applying for, what do i need in a leader/manager to feel successful
Fairly drawn out and long. I think I spoke with 11 people by the end of the interview process. Interview process was about 3 months. All video calls. The job I was interviewing for is hybrid.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Jun 2022
Interview
Probably the worst experience I've had interviewing. Took over 2 months and still haven't gotten an update. Classic ghosting.
-HR Screening
-Hiring Manager
-1 call with Director
-1 call with VP
-1 call with Manager
-HR said it'll take about a week to coordinate all calendars (assuming a presentation). I followed up 5-6 days later, HR said I'll be speaking with another VP 1:1. Haven't gotten another update since.
All calls were positive and HR repeatedly had positive feedback yet no next steps.
