Interview
Contacting by HR/Recruiting regarding the role for a 45 minute interview, discussing behavioral questions, the role and company specifics, and typical interview questions. Follow-up interview with team lead, discussing basic interview questions, and diving into more detail about the role and how I can demonstrate my ability, and fit. On-site interview with director and team lead, continuation of conversations of previous interviews with greater detail. Laid back interview, and more conversational. Successful candidates would undergo another interview.

Interview
I had a total of 4 extensive interviews for the Onboarding Specialist position (1:1 interview with the hiring manager, 1 writing test, 2 SEO tests, and final interview with the director). The process became incredibly unprofessional towards the end of the interview process. As other reviews have mentioned, they think it’s okay to ghost you having provided no response and getting away with it. Even though I was provided with an offer, they decided that it’d be okay to rescind that offer last minute by wasting my time after I have accepted the offer.
They ghosted me for an entire week and decided to send me an automatic rejection email on Friday so they would not have to deal with me till after the weekend.
*Be warned, this company will waste your time given the chance*
