Sorry you took this as a bad experience. It wasn't meant to be that way. When we do ask for an interview, with you sharing your thoughts and accomplishments through a PowerPoint presentation, it actually allows you to show how you have handled challenges in the past and how you accomplished overcoming them. It allows you the opportunity to shine. I am sorry you chose not to participate in this process. It has been a benefit to Moxtek in evaluating matches between Moxtek and the candidate and in your case vice versa. This is not asked of all applicants, just those in positions where communication and presentation is a critical key to success. We wish you luck in your career search.
