Refusal to hire licensed people that don’t have enough experience. Take a chance on licensed people, and let them grow within your organization. Sad. Hard to retain people that way.

We engaged in a number of email communications and telephone conversations and then finally a Zoom Meeting. I discussed my background in the mortgage industry and the interviewer went into detail about the differences between Mortgage Center's CUSO operations and the services of other mortgage companies.
