HR asked me to apply online since my profile connected to their Linkedin recruiting database.
I applied, had a pleasant initial phone screen with HR, another screen with technical staff from HQ, personality/math/English test. I asked to meet in person out-of pocket. They offered to expense my flight to meet the project team at the construction site. Panel of 4 in person, and I am very thankful for the opportunity. No offer yet.

Had in-person first round with manager following university career fair, remote second round with recruiter, now awaiting on-site third-round. Both rounds were behavioral and featured standard questions designed to probe the candidate's problem-solving process.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mortenson (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
I was picked for a phone interview and then an in-person interview at the local office. Overall nice people and not too much tricky questions. Interview was casual. Unfortunately no offer was offer after all. It’d be better if I could be offered some reasons why there was no offer. Not because I want to argue, just want to address those reasons for next opportunity.
