Interview
I applied for the data research analyst position in Morningstar (Vashi).
Hiring process is as follows
1) Aptitude Test:-
Divided into 2 parts Finance and Aptitude test,
30 mins for each, total 60 questions. Fairly easy if
you know basics
2) Operational round:-
After 1 week my Operational interview was
conducted. Very easy no need to be scared of
interviewer, they are very friendly and
supportive. Approx 20-30 mins.
2) Managerial round
After 2 days my managerial round was
conducted. Similiar to operational round, 13 - 17
questions were asked. Approx 20-25 mins
3)HR round:-
After 1 week my HR round was conducted. This is
confirmatory round, 99% chance that you won't
get rejected in this round. Approx 10-15 mins.
Overall the interview process is very smooth, they won't make you wait for long hours. It gets over within a month span.

Applied online, gave an online test, got called for a technical round of interview with the team lead and manager, interview wasn't too difficult, after that I had an HR behavioural round.
Accounts concepts and equity research realated question , current market trends indexes, isin, financial statements, theri relationship, ratios, waso, dilution waso , eps, diluted eps, situations questions, how you tackle monotonous work, what make you join this company??.
The initial round was a conversation with the HR representative. It was a nice experience. This round was conducted by a subject matter expert from the team. The focus was on domain-specific knowledge relevant to the role.
