Montessori Learning Center interview questions

I received a call from the director asking me to go in for an interview. We set an appointment and I went in. There were a lot of questions asked about my educational background, experience, personal philosophy, and a lot of the type of questions of (if this happens, then what would you do). Be prepared, and be truthful. Saying you will teach a child and discipline him/her through introducing consequences is not a bad thing. Montessori is very structured and they need to see someone who is confidant and in control.
