Monigle Associates interview questions

After 3 rounds of interviews and sending work samples, they never bother to follow-up. For a company that emphasizes insights and communication, this lack of professionalism and courtesy is disappointing and concerning. Think twice before putting the time and effort to apply and interview with Monigle. I applied for the Senior Analyst position online and interviewed with Consultant of Insights, Senior Consultant of Insights, and Director of Insights. I was also asked to submit work samples. With the exception of the Employee Experience Associate Manager – who appeared junior and was unable to answer basic questions about the company – everyone I spoke with was professional and transparent. They thoughtfully expanded on the position description to help me assess fit and asked the usual questions to evaluate alignment from their side as well.
