Phone interview followed by assessment centre, which consisted of role plays, group tasks, competency based interview etc. A number of managers and HR people present and quite a few candidates present on the day also. Whilst nothing too difficult, the total process was quite daunting and tiresome given the role on offer I felt it was a bit much, but it's all about cultural fit and reducing churn rates from what I could see. Overall I learned from the experience and was glad I had done it afterwards.
