      Line Leader Interview

      5 Aug 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      Declined offer
      Negative experience

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Molex (New York, NY)

      Interview

Hiring process was very easy. Not so standardly organized. One technical round with senior engineer. Then followed by another senior manager. Then HR negotiation. To many of the candidates they just BLUFF saying will call you back and there will be no positive response from these HR fellows. Total crap idiots. Dont believe if they tell you "I didn't get reply from my manager. Will update you soon". The best lie they're saying it from many decades to thousands of candidates who have enough talent.
