I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Molex (Auburn Hills, MI) in Jun 2017
Interview
I had a phone screening first, than I got invited for a on-site interview for 3.5hrs.
Most of the questions are about your previous projects and resume, plus some behavior questions. No tough questions, interviewer are very friendly
This interview experience was managed by an external recruiting company. There were two screening calls with recruiters asking about professional experience, and familiarity with certain topics before scheduling the interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was conducted over MS Teams, and would have been followed by a second panel interview if they chose to move forward.
The recruiters and hiring manager were all very professional and easy to work with. I had an enjoyable conversation with the hiring manager; unfortunately I did not have some of the specific expertise they were looking for at the time.
