I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mojo (New York, NY) in Apr 2025
Interview
Started off with phone screening with recruiter then was asked to fill out questionnaire. After opting not to give away free content ideas I was asked to fill out a second questionnaire to "assess my ability to communicate data-driven impact" though was just asked to give away more free ideas. Moved on to phone screening with manager where data was discussed in passing, and then was asked to give away more free ideas. This startup is trying to outsource free labor through interview rotations, don't waste your time.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Mojo (London, England)
Interview
Amazing - quick and straightforward. Feedback is given quite fast too. I would strongly recommend applying for their open roles. I ended up getting the job and successfully thriving in the role.
It was pretty fair, with 2 case studies, one coding and a behavioral.
Coding was a leetcode medium question on sliding windows. Behavioral was for 45 mins. 2 case studies on anomaly detection and entity recognition.
