1 Interview. Entirely Informational and centered around my experience using the technologies used in their tech stack. They were looking for help in building upon and maintaining their Ruby on Rails backend and were looking to bring on help quickly. I had a phone screen with someone on their HR/Recruitment team and an interview directly with their CTO. He reviewed a few of my previous Rails projects and explained the needs required for this position. I was ultimately hired for this position as a contractor.
