Mobile Phlebotomy Services interview questions

Did not ask many questions, did a background check and they checked to see if my certificate was still current. Was told they would call back within a week. I followed up 6 times within 3 weeks to be told again that they would call me back if I'm hired. A couple more weeks gone by, I stopped calling and never received a call back. Which was very unprofessional and unorganized. I drove over an hour for the interview where their headquarters are based. Even if they called me back by now and say I got the job, I don't think I'd accept the offer anymore.
