The interview process was very professional and pleasant. I met with the hiring team for the Financial Controller position and found the conversations engaging and insightful. They asked thoughtful questions about my experience in finance, accounting, and business operations, as well as how I approach leadership and problem-solving. Althou1gh I was not selected to move forward to the next round, it was a positive experience and everyone I spoke with was welcoming and respectful.
