Began with a brief introduction, followed by a short tour which led into a more detailed discussion with questions. For this particular position there was a set of dexterity tests (putting little pegs into holes in a board), I’m not certain to what extent this determines acceptance. I left knowing whether or not I was being offered the position. I believe I also began paperwork at this point, or at the start of the first training shift.
