I applied online. I interviewed at Minnesota CarePartner (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Normal and nothing unusual. It was 2 women so a small panel. I was able to have a conversation and it was easy and flowing. I don’t think it was painful, but I didn’t get the job, so maybe it was negative for them, or I simply didn’t have the right experience.
In my interview, they asked clear questions, I felt like I had enough time to answer, also felt like they listened and didn't feel rushed. They answered my questions and provided clear answers, HR manager explained benefits and hiring timeline
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Minnesota CarePartner (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2020
Interview
I was interviewed on a Monday and was told that they wanted to schedule a second interview. Due to the position starting in less than a month, they wanted a second interview scheduled by the end of the week. I gave my availability for the remainder of the week and was told I would hear back by the end of the current day with the date and time of the second interview. I did not hear back by Wednesday morning, so I sent an email to the individual that interviewed me. On Friday, I left a voicemail after not hearing back. I never did hear back and am disappointed that they could not demonstrate enough common courtesy to tell me that they changed their mind.
