I would like to share my interview experience at Mindteck. While the HR team members I interacted with (Anusha ma’am and Saudamini ma’am) were polite and respectful, my overall first impression of the company was not very positive.
At the front desk, the security staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I had to interact with him twice, and both times his response felt cold and arrogant. This gave me a poor first impression even before the interview began.
During the interview itself, I was asked to introduce myself, but the interviewer seemed distracted by Teams messages and phone calls. At one point, she didn’t even realize when I had finished my introduction and abruptly moved on to the next question.
I have attended multiple interviews in different companies, and most of them maintained a professional environment. Unfortunately, I did not feel the same level of professionalism during my experience at Mindteck.
