I recently went through the interview and onboarding process, and overall it was a positive experience.
The interview process was well-structured and transparent. The interviewers were professional and focused on assessing both technical skills and problem-solving ability. Communication throughout the process was clear, and I was kept informed about each stage in a timely manner.
The onboarding process was also smooth and organized. All required documents and steps were clearly communicated, making it easy to complete the formalities without confusion. The team was supportive and responsive whenever I had questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Mindstix Software Labs in Mar 2026
Interview
It was an onsite/invited walk in interview. The interview process was smooth and very transparent. There were 2 tr and 1hr round. The HR's and the interviewers were supportive too at every step of the process.
