Middle Seat interview questions

The interview process was rather simple as I was asked design questions by a group of three people. But I was ghosted after the interview, which felt inappropriate at that stage.

There are several rounds in the interview process. There was an initial application with written answers, another round with additional questions, an interview round, and then a written test. The process took over two months.
