Microtec (Italy) interview questions

I applied to Microtec earlier this spring, and from start to finish, the interview process was extremely disappointing. After getting an interview with them, I set aside a full hour in my schedule for the initial video interview—only to log in at the agreed time and discover that the interviewer simply never joined the call. There was no heads-up, no explanation, and no email apologizing for the no-show. After rescheduling again, they still did not show up to the rescheduled interview
