Phone screen by HR, on-site interview, offer letter before leaving. The phone screen by HR asked a few questions and my current salary and desired salary.
Hiring process was average...fill out paperwork, take drug test, physical exam, etc.

Interview
I got hired on the day that I turned in my application and then I stayed for the orientation and it lasted for about 3 weeks and then at the end of orientation I had to take a test which I passed and then that's when I went up to the floor and started my career.
