Interview
Their job posting is a joke: "seeking entry level candidates," "paid training," "2 years professional work experience in any field." Yeah right. I have 7 years alone in one field and was cast out almost immediately. Just a waste of time! I don't know why they bother to blow smoke with their job listing instead of saying what they really want. They could save both applicants and themselves a bunch of time. It left a very negative perception in my mind.

Spoke with Julie several times. She is very thorough. I really got a sense of the company from her. She clearly enjoys her job, she answered all my questions. Julie made sure that I knew exactly what the job entailed.
