Merriam Music interview questions

The HR manager asked the usual ubiquitous questions and including my music background and experience. The Manager of the Education/Lessons dept asked similar questions then proceeded to throw me into a mock-meeting with a parent who wished to withdraw their child from lessons. Without knowing the store policies and retention strategies, I did my best to offer various options to this hypothetical scenario. Each time, the manager, acting as the parent, was persistent about taking their child out.
