I applied online. I interviewed at Merit Laboratories
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews, first one asked more general interview questions, the second round meeting with more of the team. In-person interviews, pleasant interview process and fairly in-depth, come prepared
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Merit Laboratories (East Lansing, MI) in Jun 2015
Interview
You can submit your resume and cover letter to the contact emails on their website. If they are hiring they will call you in and talk about several things not even related to your position. Often you will have no idea what exactly your position entails before saying yes or no. It is a very laid back interview process. In my professional opinion it is too laid back. Needs to inspire more spark and vision to recent graduates who want to prove something to the world. The interview is almost so boring and uninteresting that if you survive it you may be the perfect fit for the position they have in mind.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Irrelevant nonsense for the most part. I would not even consider this a professional interview or relevant practice for a professional interview. You just sit there and head nod for the majority of it.
