Submitted an online application and heard back a week later. The interview was over the phone and consisted of both technical and behavioral questions. It lasted around 30 minutes and I did not get a second round.

good easy they hire based off of connection. overall the company does not care about how hard you work or how moral you are. They only care about money. They will sell their grandmother for a dollar. Not moral people.
