The interview process had two face-to-face interviews. The initial interview focused on situational questions. The final interview was more about assessing if I can handle the actual workload and daily tasks of the front desk. Overall, it was a straightforward and professional process.

Will you be able to work in a busy and noisy environment while entertaining clients and taking phone calls at the same time?
It is so good and they are really assessing all the candidates so they can select better candidates for the role, and they have levels of interview, first and second and role plays also
