I applied online. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2020
Interview
Initial phone screen to explain the description and interest in the role, then another phone call with both internal recruiters. During the second phone call they asked all about my background, family, where I grew up, and about my experiences at college. Then there was a video call with two other senior employees in which they asked a lot of the same questions the internal recruiters asked. They went way into detail and questioned every single thing about the answers I gave them. There were no behavioral-based questions, just about everything I did in school, challenges I had, and why I made certain decisions. They also gave very vague answers to the questions I asked them, so I wasn't able to learn much more about the company than what I had learned from the internal recruiters or from the website.

What have been your three biggest accomplishments?
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Medix
Interview
Very great interview experience. There were 3 steps, one being a quick phone call, the other two being in depth zoom interviews. Everyone I talked to was respectful to me, and it seemed as if they really cared. Unfortunately I was unable to accept the offer.
Interview process went well and I was able to learn a lot about the company. Most of the questions required giving examples of situations where I’ve done well, dealt with conflict and hard work.
