Mediolanum International Funds interview questions

First, a general screen, then a thorough questioning. The questioning was a deep-dive into particular ideas, reasons for and against, past recommendations, current suggestions, reasons why ideas were withdrawn. The follow up questions were the toughest part. The tone was very aloof and arms-length.

During my interview process at Mediolanum, I unfortunately experienced a lack of organisation and professionalism. The phone interview was canceled multiple times without any explanation, and my inquiries were ignored. Despite the pleasantness of the staff, the scheduling aspect needs significant improvement.
