Enjoyed questions but the outsources hiring manager was not very prepared, they couldn't hear me based on the room they were in and joined the call late. The questions were primary based on previous experience with donor engagement and financial planning.

Two rounds of phone interviews. The first was generic and answered general questions, and the second was more detailed and job specific. The timeline was very quick and communication was good throughout the entire process.
