Applied through job search. Received call from pilot recruiter at Med-Trans (Boyd). Great guy. Was flown to Denton, TX for flight and interview. Offered job that same day. Great experience!

Standard pilot safety questions. Way different than the military. If the weather is close <100/3 day or <1500/5 night, you don't go.

Interview was easy, however the hiring manager is a snake oil salesman. They will promise you the world to get you in the door, yet not honor the agreements made.
