There were a few distinct interviews. This is during COVID-19 so it may differ any other time. 1. A chat with HR about the company and your background. Nothing technical. 2. A technical take home assignment. Takes maybe 3 hours. 3. A code review. You explain your decisions and the reviewers discuss what they might change. No big O or white boarding or anything. 4. The final interviews, this was a 3 hour block for me. I chatted with people I’d be working with. There are some data Structure, SQL, and basic algorithmic questions in portions. Mostly about work experience and stuff. Didn’t end up getting the offer, but everyone was pretty polite.
