Typically of most interviews. Asked fairly standard questions in a laid back easy going setting. Had a phone interview then got asked back for an in person interview. Their process is very efficient and professional.

Interview
Very laid back and informal. More of a conversation than grilling questions. Multiple employees in groups came in and out to interview me. I felt as though they wanted to hire me as a person rather than as an employee.
