McCormick & Company interview questions

I had a screening call and then an interview via teams with the manager and their manager. This was for a 12-month maternity cover and they needed someone who could start quickly. I sent two emails to ask for feedback and was totally ignored. I can accept I was unsuccessful but it would have been courteous to at least let me know!

The interview process was fairly straightforward. It consisted of an initial conversation with HR followed by a technical discussion with members of the team. The interviews were conversational and focused on experience, problem-solving approach, and how my background aligned with the role.
