Quick interview turnaround. I was emailed right away to submit information for the position, and I was then directed to schedule an interview. Overall, the interview went well. I am concerned about what to expect from the work environment based on the reviews.
Very easy. Questions did not seem to matter. They just seemed desperate for employees at this point. No matter what I said I figured I would get the job. If you want a job you can for sure get, this is the one
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McClendon Center in Nov 2020
Interview
I applied online mid October 2020; approx. 2 1/2 weeks later of Nov 2020, I heard back via email and we set-up a zoom interview which lasted approx. 45 min. The zoom interview went very well and I was told information regarding the company's purpose, mission, and values. After the zoom interview, I was told next steps which would be a panel interview via zoom, following a background and reference check. I met with the panel about a week later and they wanted to see if I was a cultural fit and could take on the challenges of the role. I enjoyed meeting the team and getting to know more about McClendon Center. After submitting information for the reference and background check the same day of the panel interview, I was sure it was a go. About a week later, I received an email rejection stating they moved forward with another candidate. I was a bit astounded since both zoom interviews went well and it was stated that my experience in the field was great for the role. Though I didn't get the job, it was still a nice interview process and very professional.
