Three phase interview process starting with employee of similar position; then supervising manager and finally human resources personnel. Fail to understand such process as ultimately 99% of weight is on direct manager supervisor decision. That said I made sure to cater subservience, agreement, comradery, understanding of vision with management lead.

Technical Exams and Interviews are next. Exams are hard as well as the interview process that you really need to know what you're talking about. Exams are done to sift the applicants first and will select who will get through the interviews after that.
