Maverick Aviation Group interview questions

Applied online and received an email wishing to conduct an interview via Skype. Interview was conducted by the DoM, DQC, and QC manager. Basic interview questions about your experience and abilities rated 1-10 (composites, sheet metal, avionics, paint). Don't lie to them because you'll be expected to preform as advertised or they'll fire you.
