I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Maurices (Pensacola, FL) in Mar 2022
Interview
I had submitted my resume on Indeed and then applied on the company website. I was called very soon afterwards for an interview. It was a very comfortable and relaxed experience! The usual questions, but felt more like a conversation as opposed to an interview. It went well and was told a decision would be made in the next week. Fingers crossed!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you feel is one of your greatest accomplishments (personal or business)?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maurices (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2025
Interview
Was very quick and questions were not difficult great for an entry level management job. Focused on basic leadership skills and customer service. You will have 2 interviews minimum starting with the general manager then the district manager.
Pretty simple. Brief conversation with store lead about past experience and current role expectations. Very laid back company and demands. Conversation did happen in person at the retail store itself in their back room.
Questions about deescalate situations, goals, experience, how to build teamwork etc. They also asked about role play situations regarding employees and leadership. Like how to handle a situation where an employee is not following standards or expectations
