Interview
They asked behavioral interview questions based on past experiences and had me walk through previous experiences. There were 2 interviews that were very similar with two different managers in the store.

lots of calls back and forth. might have to meet with other manager and supervisors. super easy just be yourself and you'll be fine. dress with lots of accessories. ask questions. keep a bubbly personality.

Interview
I got a call almost a month after I had applied to set up an interview. Met with the regional manager at a local Starbucks. She interviewed me and then said she would call me in two weeks and I never heard from her again.
Was more concerned about what color I was, if I could afford to buy their clothes and drama about what happened at previous jobs. All he asks was if my previous boss was really crazy as he had heard she was.
