Interview
After a first contact and I submitted my resume / CV over email to the sales manager. I got a basic phone interview, which was followed up by a sales manager interview in person, with tests of skills, experience and personality. After their review a follow up meeting was required for negotiations and follow up on questions made by the senior management for a final approval.
