Match Eyewear interview questions

They seemed to be late stage in the interview process but were very motivated to consider a few more candidates. I was invited to meet in-person during an ice storm and was moved along to a video interview which I was willing to take while on vacation. I was sent a comp plan to review and was told it was negotiable and encouraged to send my questions. However, I was ghosted despite following up via email and text. It was incredibly unprofessional to leave me hanging. I am so glad I did not put in notice for an offer that wasn't formalized or had a start date agreed upon. The company touts a high integrity culture and I did not have that experience at all. My friends who are their prospects in my home state said they do not care for the rep in their territory.
