Screening call over the phone then 1st round of interview scheduled with reporting manager where the first question they asked were about coding skills in SQL & Python which was weird for a consultant role.

HR facilitation was poor. Emails often went unanswered, and I had to chase for basic clarifications even during the interview process. The interview structure was never explained — I went through what seemed like a loop interview across 3–4 rounds, with no briefing on what each round entailed. As a candidate, I had no idea what to prepare for. • After investing time and energy across multiple rounds, I never received a final outcome — not even a courtesy rejection email, despite following up more than once. It felt dismissive of the time and effort candidates put in.
