Recruiter contacted me and had a brief conversation. Then I was invited to a panel interview. One person did not show up. Other 2 were 10 minutes late. They did not bother to switch on their camera. They were not prepared at all. They asked random and irrelevant questions which were not pertained to the job requirements. Male interviewer was asking random questions to boost his big Ego. They did not have set of questions approved by HR. I did not expect such a bad process from company like Mastercard. Looks like they were having lot of free time. Second round happened because one interviewer was a NO show.
