Phone screening followed by full team interview. Was asked about my interest in the position and the organization, and some hypothetical questions about how I would handle certain situations on the job.
interviewers were friendly, but at the same time very intimidating. They asked lots of philosophical questions. It seemed me to that they hardly looked at my resume or other documents provided before this interview since none of the question actually related to my experience or background stated in those documents.
