I applied online. I interviewed at Maple Leaf Foods (Winnipeg, MB) in Mar 2026
Interview
such a vague process, no visibility from HR, looks like very chaotic environment. The HM was nice though vey knowledgeable. Need to do better in future for sure. Need more clarification on role as well as what they are looking for
The first interview was online HR interview. General questions were asked. Then HR person sent me case studies to present them. Second interview was with IE team members. 2 team members asked me questions about my previous jobs and then I shared my case study results. It was good. And last interview was plant tour and interview. it was good.
