Process took 3 days, easy and informal

My interview was with the company CEO and his Director of Mechanical Engineering. The interview covered a portfolio review, job history, skill sets, classes taken, etc. I was given a practical test (CAD model for rendering) to be taken home and completed during the weekend. After being hired, I was told there would be a performance review in one week. It was simple and quick. After that, I negotiated for a second performance review three months later. Again, it was simple and quick.
