Interview
Very casual interview. I was invited to the Ward's Island location and talked for 15~30 minutes with the hiring director (I think). After the interview, I was asked when I could start the position and I was accepted right away.

On in and meeting with the supervisor. Very easy. Get an email soon after. Talked about my personal goals and if they would align with the department. She asked about my previous experiences and if I had ever worked with this population.
