Asked to take a QA submission challenge, where you would be asked to write test cases and do the ad-hoc testing to find defects on their Game App. Which could take 4-5 days to complete the task. They will review your Submission and then will organize a team meet, where a team member will ask you questions related your background, school life and culture, past employment experiences and gaps and the work culture you faced also will check your temperament and the behaviour by asking counter question on the scenarios you will share from your past experiences. The interview will be scheduled for 50 mins however, the person could exceed the interview for an hour and 10 mintures just to reject your candidacy further giving a reason that they are not fit for you, culturally. They will judge you culturally, within an hour and 15 minutes online meeting conversation.
