I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Magoosh in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process is a little lengthy with a few steps, including a written questionnaire prior to a second phone interview and in-person interview. First, I had a phone screening with Trish. The phone screen was direct and straight to the point. I appreciated Trish's transparency about the role and he position. I was then provided an opportunity to move to the next step, which was the written questionnaire. This was a 3-part written questionnaire that asked a variety of questions about what my plans would be if offered the role, my 6-month plan and more. The questionnaire took some time and required thoughtful responses. After this stage, my questionnaire was anonymously graded. Within a week, the team at Magoosh got back to me with a response on whether I'd be moving to the next phase of the hiring process. Unfortunately, I was not selected to move to the next step.

Question 1
Do you have any experience developing an ambassador program? If so, can you share what that process looked like?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Magoosh (Berkeley, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
If you pass the resume screen you are invited to an intro call with the recruiter. Fairly basic "tell me about your relevant experience" questions. The rest of the process gets pretty intense with written tasks and multiple interviews. Very professional and very friendly staff. Would absolutely apply again.
